Pediococcus acidilactici is a species of Gram-positive Lactobacillaceae, Pediococcus, Pediococcus acidilactici, nonmotile, an facultatively anaerobic bacterium. It grows fast with strong fermentation odor, and it can reduce loss of plant during respiration. Pediococcus acidilactici appears as round ball. The cells are generally arranged in pairs or clusters after division. Pediococcus acidilactici can grow at pH 4.2-8.0, the optimum growth pH is 6.0-6.5, and the optimum growth temperature is 25-40℃. It can also grow in an environment with a salt content of 6-8%.

【Dosage】

Spray after dissolving in water, add 3-5g per ton of fermentation raw materials.
