Lactobacillus buchneri LBu101
Lactobacillus buchneri LBu101
Details

Lactobacillus buchneri was originally separated from naturally occurring aerobic stable silage. As a heterofermentation lactic acid bacteria, although it consumes more nutrients than homofermentation lactic acid bacteria during the fermentation process, this lactic acid bacteria can decompose lactic acid into acetic acid and propylene glycol during the fermentation process. Compared with lactic acid, volatile fatty acids such as acetic acid are a more effective acid against fungi and mold.

Main Ingredients

Lactobacillus buchneri; maltodextrin.

Product specification

100 billion CFU/g

Product Efficacy

1. Acetic acid is produced through heterofermentation, which acts as an antibacterial agent to inhibit yeast and other fungi to improve the stability of aerobic silage.

2. Improve the utilization rate of sugar in raw materials by lactic acid bacteria and improve the quality of silage.

3. It produces a strong sour taste which can stimulate animals to eat.

4. Improve the digestibility of NDF in silage.

Application

Biological fermentation conventional and unconventional raw materials.

Dosage

Spray after dissolving in water, add 3-5g per ton of fermentation raw materials.
