Biological characteristics

2. Can ferment glucose, sucrose, maltose, mannitol, raffinose, trehalose, lactic acid production during fermentation without gas production; Homofermentative, the main fermentation product is L(+) - lactic acid, and a small amount of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and ethanol, etc.
3. It can secrete antimicrobial peptide - bacteriostat.
4. D-glucose can be used as germinants to promote the germination of spore into nutrient cell.
